I've used both the latex and silicone caps, and after about 800m they ride up enough that I have to stop and pull them back down. Any tricks of the trade to keep them in place? PS: I wear my goggles outside the cap.
Two tricks:
You can stop at the 400m and pull and tug it in place and back down.
You can staple it to the sides of your head and/or to the goggles
Or you could pull your lower lip over top of your cap and blow and hum- the star spangle banner
Let us know how these work
Wow, maybe you should try a smaller one if that doesn't work, try to come up with some sort of chin strap. Hope I've helped, Take Care!

You should pull the edge of the cap over your ears That way, your cap is sealed and there is nearly nothing that can make it float up again.
