Thread: How do you get past route 230 in pokemon diamond?

When i try and get through these people are blocking it. I've heard some say u need a national pokedex, or to gain access to the snowpoint temple.

yes you have to get the national dex .it can be obtained by completing the sinnoh dex and showing to prof rawn.to complete pokedex go to the link below.hope helped.
