How do you change game settings in Black Ops local split screen?

On MW2 you could turn off kill cam, put the time limit and like 30 mines have no score limit, turn on radar, ect.

How do you do this in black ops local split screen?

This has been really bothering me too. I've found a partial solution. This will only work for two players, but if you go to LAN instead of splitscreen, click "Create Game" and then you'll be able to change the settings. Since only 2 people can play LAN in splitscreen, you won't be able to play with 3 or 4 people. Hope this helps.

I'm trying to find this answer too!!!! I want to be able to see the red dot on the radar when playing 2 player splitscreen. these levels are big and it takes forever to find the other player. definitely needs to be a way to do this!!

Right now there is no way you can change the game settings on local split screen. Treyarch took it out for no reason what so ever. But i think there have been complaints on it and they might put it in the next time there is a patch
