How do I make a regular baked spaghetti better?

I am in the middle of making dinner and would like to make my dinner seem a tiny bit more gourmet. How???

Are you doing cheese on top? If so, try doing a crust of parmesean on top of the mozzerella. Sprinkle the paremesean on top, then pop under the broiler until the parm browns. It acts as garnish and pumps up the flavor, and your kitchen will smell wonderful. You could add a bit of chopped parsley for extra pretty.

Or you can use buttered bread or cracker crumbs for the same effect. Also with parsley if you want. There actually is a dish called "spaghetti and sand" which is spaghetti with seasoned bread crumbs and veggies, so this would even be kind of authentic.

Be sure to watch the dish carefully and so it doesn't burn!

Add one chopped onion, one copped green bell pepper, one red bell pepper & three chopped cloves of garlic... mix them all up and add to your beef sauce
