warm up and get your blood flowing and then stretch for like 15-20 mins!

Hahaha you're like me. Well if you use on your knee pads don't use them. they prevent blood flow good protection but prevents blood flow. But really just warm yourself up especially your hamstrings.

sounds like you are cramping! You need to eat bananas before you play and drink as much water or gatorade as you can handle before you play! It could be with all the heat this summer you are not properly hydrated. This can cause muscle cramping when you play.

If it is a muscle injury, strain or tear, you have not rehabed it properly. Did you feel a pull or twang in the muscle?
    If you did

You need rest, and ice the first 3 days, then massage, ice and heat for a couple weeks.
Contrasting ice and heat will move the blood through the muscle and help it heal.

They are easy to pull when you return cause they heal tight.

Take it easy when you comeback, heat and stretch it before you play and ice after you play

but if it has been injured, you need time off!

An athletic therapist can tell you if it is injured or cramping!

You need more potassium, because it's most likely cramp(if you didn't warm-up properly, you'd get it earlier in the game). So drink some more Gatorade, eat a little more before you go out and play, and you should be alright.

    Stretch. Water. Get your rest.
    Also, eat some bananas.
