Thread: How can I make my thin hair hold color better?

I'm a natural blonde and my hair is very fine and thin and doesn't hold color well. I'm going in to get my hair dyed an auburn red next week and I was wondering if anyone has any tips on making my color last longer? Also, any good shampoos, conditions, and products I should use and/or avoid? Thanks so much!

Use shampoos and conditioners that are formulated for colored hair.And I would avoid hair products that have a high alcohol content.
