Thread: How can I get my dog to poop in my yard?

He will only poop at the park or in the neighbor's yard. He will go days without going unless he can go somewhere else away from home.

Ha ha ha ...I am not laughing at you I just kind of feel your pain. At least your dog poops outside. My Chihuahua will only poop outside if there are other dogs near which is rare. I will take him out then he comes back in and poops on his pee pad...never know what is going through your pups head. good luck

scoop poop from the park and put it in the part of the yard that you want him to use then lead him to that particular area until he gets the message. also, exercise him at home and he will go ......
