I don't have any classes with him, but we ride the same bus and we see each other in the hallways sometimes and at lunch. What are some good flirting moves. Also, what can I do to my appearance to get his attention?

Very simple approach would be to talk to him. You don't need to do anything special. If you had to be anything other than who you are, the relationship to follow would be founded on a lie. That's obviously not an ideal situation.
