Thread: How big should the holes be for my Ocarina?

I'm going to make a small Ocarina, about 2 inchs to 3 inchs. What kind of drill and what size should I make all four holes?
Yes but all four holes are different sizes, correct? And I'm not sure how big to make them. Or should I just do it by ear?

1.25cm dremel should do the trick

I recommend getting a picture, trying to use it as a template, and get a tuner.
A tuner could be an online piano. Just something so you have pitch right.
It's my understanding that the small ocarinas have 5 finger holes--one is on the bottom for the thumb.
SongBird has a variety of ocarinas, different shapes, sizes, and materials. Consider looking at what they have.
