Thread: Can anyone tell me how to make a walrus sock puppet?

I have to do a sock puppet for my son's book report. I know what a walrus looks like, but I am unsure on how to make it a sock puppet. Any ideas or suggestions would be awesome! Thanks.

maybe a brown sock with googly eyes or felt eyes ,two small, black buttons for nostrils. Black yarn or thread for whiskers, and you could cut the cotton off of one end of some white q-tips for tusks. And thenpoke them through the sock ad fasten with thread inside. I havent tried this, but thought maybe it might work to resemble a walrus.

Get a brown or gray tube sock and thread long threads thru for the whiskers and draw two eyes on it.
