What is the camera with the setting for making people look thinner?

There is some new digital camera that has a "thin" setting or "weight reduction" or something. Does anyone know which camera it is? My mom wants it for christmas.
I know it probably doesn't work but there is a camera that claims it does it.

    None.

Photo manipulation is done using post-production techniques. Either in the darkroom or using digital darkroom technology.

NO camera in this world is designed to perform your required task/tasks. The good news is that a good image/photo editor can be used to manipulate an image so that you can be thinner, fatter or in case of a face shot that shows the dreaded pimples, you can use a photo editing tool to make it smoother or if you want it, you can erase the pimples away (on photo of course).
    Magic hah!

kimv wasn't kidding. HP makes cameras that have the "slimming" feature. I saw this in an ad, and it was one of the strangest things I've ever seen. You can adjust the level of slimming. You certainly can use other photo editing software that can give better results, but this is quicker and easier.

Check this link: http://www.hp.com/united-states/consumer/digital_photography/tours/slimming/index_f.html Near the middle of the page, there is a list of camera models with this feature.

Forget it: you will look thinner, but the whole picture will be full of distortions. On the samples provided by HP, the background is almost empty (just a few vertical trees, which won't be affected by such distortions).
You can do a far better job with a good editing software!
