Thread: How do I connect my cable box with only coaxial cables to my tv with only rca cables?

I have a tv that has an S-video input and an RCA in and output. I have a cable adapter that has only a coaxial output. My tv used to have a coaxial input but it broke off. I bought a modulator thinking this would solve my problems but I cannot get that to work either! I am so frustrated. I really need help!

Call your cable company and ask for a set-top box with s-video or composite video out.
Or if you have an old VCR and simple analog cable, that may work as well.
