Thread: How come iTunes does not offer monthly membership to download unlimited music?

Sounds like a great idea don't you think? If they were to offer a monthly membership I think that they would make a lot more than they already do. Why hasn't Apple Inc. considered something like this?

because they make way more money the way they have it now!
if people had monthly memberships then they could buy like 500 songs for like 15 bucks! and they would be losing 485!

Lawsuits and also you can do that i'm pretty sure if you switch to like jamster or some other music consumer website . Also think about 0.99 per song and like prob 19.99 per mo/ for unlimtd. Some people can also do mutiple downloads at once or make lists and plans. For downloading the songs .

I don't agree, the last thing I need is another monthly bill, in this economy.....and what I down load I want to keep, not have it expire in 4 weeks time. That's why I like itunes.
