How can I find the right replacement capacitor for a blown disc capacitor on my TV circuit board?

I had to replace a couple of radial capacitors on my TV circuit board, and because of a mounting or soldering mistake, I inadvertently blew a disc capacitor on the same board when I plugged the board back in to the TV.

How can I figure out what kind of capacitor I need to replace it with? I have no idea what the specs are on this one.
