What should i do to lessen the radiation from my computer? aside from putting a screen.
Will it help when i lower the contrast and brightness of my computer?

Do you mean light radiation? just adjust the brightness.

Unless Your Computer Is eh 30+ Years Old, This Is Really A Non Issue. You'll Get More Exposure Waiting In Front Of The Microwave For A Cup of Hot Water Then You Will Drinking It In Front Of Your Computer.

Computer's don't really produce that much radiation for you to actually lower it.....the reason you might think it does is because laptops are notorious for injuring ones testicles but that is due to the heat produced from the Computer itself.
In other words, you can't lesson "Radiation" from a computer.If you have a laptop, just buy a fan if you want to put it on your lap or just use a table.
