How do I prevent IE from saving everything I key into my laptop?

.For example, anytime I register at a website, the user name is saved. I have tried deleting cookies, temporary files and website history. Is someone spying on my computer? This is a big concern because someone was able to find my PayPal password and make unauthorized transactions. (It was quickly recognized by PayPal as fraud and they guarantee your financial transaction. Within a couple days I received payment from PayPal.) I am the only person who uses my laptop.

Don't have it save your passwords! And change your PayPal password to something hard to guess, but not so hard you won't remember it!

in IE go to tools > content tab > click settings under auto complete > uncheck the "user names and passwords on forms" option and "the prompt me to save passwords".

if you want to delete existing save passwords go to tools > general tab > click the delete buttons > then click on the passwords button. This will delete all your existing save password.
