Thread: How do i delete the documents that are saved when i click the start button on my laptop?

i deleted them already and from the recycle bin. but it still shows when i click the start button, and to documents.

If you are asking for recent documents
go to start and simply click over them.
It will ask " delete shortcuts " click it.

For uninstalled program entries in start menu, right click over the folder and delete
