Thread: How can i connect my dell inspiron to my tv in hd?

My laptop has no hdmi socket so i can't connect it to my tv to watch hd. I have a vga socket but when i connect it up the quality on the tv is not very good. I don't have a dvi socket. Is there any way i could possibly connect my laptop to my tv in hd quality. Is there any adapters you could recommend, aswell? Thanks.

yes, get the adapter for that vga socket and convert to a dvi socket. will work. have it here on my pc now --i watch blu ray on here all the time
see your local tech store...best buy may have it too?
