Thread: How can I colour a picture on my computer?

There is this competition where you have to colour your own Vans (shoes). They have the picture, all you have to do is colour in the areas and make it whatever colours you want. I have got the picture but I don't know how to put colours on.

Try Photoshop. Or the GIMP.
