How to use known values of viscosity to find the concentration of absorbed air?

Hi, I am creating a lab to determine the amount of air absorbed by Ethanol after a set amount of time. I was wondering how to use the initial viscosity of the Ethanol and the viscosity at the end of the amount of time to find the concentration of air that was absorbed.
