What's the difference between chromatin, chromosome, chromatid and the double helix?

    Is this right:-
chromatin(DNA+histones) is the loose form of chromosomes in interphase. Chromosomes are the double helix(double strand of 2 sugar-phosphate backbones) and are tightly coiled up. Pairing with another chromosome to form two sister chromatids.
