How is glucose reabsorbed back into the blood stream through the tubule?

Is it by active transport or something else. Also is it by active transport that creatinine is passed through the system?

There is a co-port protein channel that moves glucose into the cell along with sodium. The concentrated sodium in the urine drives the movement of glucose and sodium back into the cell.
