How long does a at-fault car accident stay on your insurance record in Mississippi?

Also does it only stay with that insurance company or does it stay on a record where all insurance company can look at it?

3 years and it is centrally recorded so every insurance company can see it.

EVERYWHERE YOU GO YOUR RECORD WILL FOLLOW YOU...AND EVERY INSURANCE PLACE WILL SEE YOUR DRIVING RECORD...IT TAKES ABOUT 5 YEARS TO COME OFF YOUR RECORD......AND VIOLATIONS OR INFRACTIONS TAKE ABOUT 3 YEARS TO COME OF YOUR RECORD.

It's a matter of public record, which means any insurance company can look at it. As to the length, most companies only look back 3 years, although more serious things like driving while drunk that leads to vehicular manslaughter can stay on 5 to 7 years.
