What are good questions to ask a NASA astrobiologist on my topic?

My topic is life outside earth or extraterrestrial life. The woman is a German astrobiologist who works at NASA. My questions a shouldn't be biased and it shouldn't just be one sided.
For example: have you found any evidence at ur job that proves extraterrestrial life is possible or not?

    1) Is it possible that organisms currently known to exist on Earth could survive a journey through space on say, an asteroid, and potentially colonize another planet? (And would there be any differences in survival if the asteroid were to travel within or between systems.)

    2) What differences would you expect there to be in microbes or larger organisms if life had evolved on a planet with a different (higher or lower) gravitational constant?

    3) Are there any hypothetical types of chemistry that may support life on planets that are not Earth like? (ie. That contain liquids other than water or with different elemental makeups.)

That's all I can think of. Hope that helps!

Ask about the possibility of life on the moons of the gas giants. Maybe Europa or even Titan.

Ask her if they focuses her research on what astronomers are able to measure (for example through spectroscopy) or if instead she provides clues on what to search so that the astronomers can come up with ways to detect it.
