I have to write a 5 paragraghs on this book called a spy in the kings colonys. Its a historical fiction book.

A thesis statement in an essay or story is a sentence that gives a preview of the work and explicitly identifies the purpose and its main idea for writing it.

A literary statement is the same thing, but with a different name.
