What are some good tips for shooting a wedding?

I once took a photo of the bride looking into a mirror. The shot came out beautiful. Maybe you could do the same.

first know posing. that is very important. Also know the type service you are shooting. Do not use flash in the chapel unless the church says you can. Make sure you tell everyone when to be at the church. Shoot all the grooms and his family and the bride and her family before the service. Not together. Make a list of the pictures you need to shoot like groom and groom parents same with bride. Sit down with the bride and groom and ask them who they want to have pictures with and write it down. Make sure you are in charge when you are doing the pictures. When shooting the garder cake and first dance make sure you are in charge and have plenty of film. Tell them when to start to cut the cake and when they can throw the garder etc. just learn what you need to take pictures and get most everyone a picture for the bride and groom.Write everything down,.
