What did the Islamic culture learn from the western world during the crusades?

Everybody always talks about what thing the Christians learned from the Muslims during the crusades, about all the spices and other goods they started bringing back home and the great development they gained in scientific areas such as medicine or mathematics. But was there anything that the Muslims learned from the Christians and the Western world? Also, which culture was more advanced at the time, and why?

Islamic culture was definitely more advanced during this time. They had been preserving the ideas of the great Roman and Greek philosophers for centuries while the Europeans fell backward into the Middle Ages. The Muslims had been making scientific advances in medicine and technology as well as mathematics. In addition to this, they maintained strong trade connections with the civilizations in China and India, facilitating more exchange of ideas. I doubt that the Muslims learned anything from the backward Europeans at this time.
