I heard that if you want these two people on your team, you can have them. But is it rude? Can I just send my pictures and resumes out to agents without letting the manager know or should I tell the manager that i'm going too?

You should tell your agent, but be nice about it. Just tell him that you want to make sure every door is open to you. But if you don't tell, they could still find out about it and drop you for lying, which could give you a bad rep, or you could be scheduled for two auditions at the same time and have to flake out on one, also giving you a bad rep. So let them know, but they're probably used to it.

no, if your manager has been doing this a while and is any good, they should know agents
