How much alcohol was brought into the United States during Prohibition?

Any accurate estimates? I know that there won't be a specific answer to this question, but any estimates by a reliable source would be great.

That would be interesting thing to know, I believe it was in the millions of gallons, because it came in from Canada, Mexico, Cuba, the Caribbean Islands, many cities didn't enforce the law because they didn't have the resources or was running their own operations, so none of that would be reported, I know of story from my old town in Ecorse MI , USA that the feds raided a marina where they busted the Mayor, chief of police, several officers, city council people along with many local in. Gambling bar hidden under ground of a house that ran the marina. This was just one of many places like it in those days, there was restaurants with hidden back rooms or upstairs, all along the Detroit river area, so any number you can find would be way under what really came in, much like marijuana today, .
