Thread: How art reflects life in renaissance and medieval artistry?

I have to write a three page essay on how accurate the quote"Art Reflects Life" is using two examples of each Renaissance art and Medieval art. I'm not exactly sure what to o, or if it truly does reflect life. Can anyone tell me if it means its people are accurately depicted in their lifestyle, or if it means that the art is about things that are important in life at that time, or if its not very accurate at all. I also need to find examples of art. Can anyone help?
